This is really aggrivating my internet keeps going out i have called and the indians won't do anything to help. Here my details please someone out there help me out. I have Verizon DSL High Speed Internet 7mbps download speed i have a Westell and on the bottom it says G90-610015-20(guessing this model number). My internet light is going out every 30-60 secs. Cannot even browse internet. Here are some stats:

What? i have had internet for about 5 months now and just this month has it been cutting in and out. Also it was installed by a technician not by me. Also i live in apartment and have no clue where to look for that box.
