This problem started only 2 days ago. The internet just drops from going to local and internet to just local. A couple of times I've gotten the Red light on the internet but it goes away when I reset the modem. In the past when this rarely happened resetting the modem has gotten the internet back up and running but this time it's not.
I've also noticed my phone is static as well but not all the time. This problem seems consistent between the times 11am-8pm. When I got home from work this morning it was fine for a while, but then this afternoon it's acting up again which is what it did yesterday. Was fine in the morning till around 11am and then acted up. But before work around 8pm it was working fine again.
Even this morning the phone was fine not static whatsoever.
Everything is connected fine and correctly, it only started up yesterday and seems to only run during daylight times. I run a Westell 6100 modem. The only other thing I have noticed, also, is that my modem it's self gets really hot.
