It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. Please contact our customer service team via live chat or email at: http://www22.verizon.com/content/contactus/

I believe it is called, 'cramming'.

Did you agree to anything when you ordered service? A lot of times the bundles come with these little extras, and they need to be canceled before the 30 days pass to not be charged for them. That's how a lot of those Free Starz/Showtime deals work. Gotta cancel it before it runs out when you're on the free trial of it.
It's cramming, but it's in fine print. It's not the type of cramming that happens when a 3rd party company tries to places charges on your bill from someone punching in your information.

^^^ GR8 point MR. Smith6612, When I called recently about a FIOS/INternet and phone deal I was told the 'best discount' was going to cost me over $60 US a month. After a few call backs I was able to get a much better rate with the slowest FIOS service and the minimal phone plan. (I do not need call back , call forward, call messages and windows security - Microsoft Security Essentials, the router firewall set to MAX and windows 7 firewall are all free and do a very good job).
