As I waited to post this message, the internet "dropped out" 2 times, that however is not my main problem, the 35\35 Mbps service I was promised has yet to be seen, Verizon's own speed check shows that, so why would I want to pay for a "faster" service, I tried calling but gave up after 20 minuets on hold waiting for the elusive human being to talk to, Now for something really funny, (sad) I renewed my services and was promised a $250.00 pre-paid credit card, that was in May, still waiting for it as of today, again no human available to talk to. Somebody tell me why I gave up Cabelvision ?
