How come transfering to another dept.is so difficult?It hangs up and you have to start all over from the beginning...Why do you get hung up on while tech.support puts you on hold?Why do I have to spend 45 min.-2 1/2 hrs. to try to resolve an issue?If I had a choice I'd leave.This is all that's available in our area.Someone please give me a direct line to complain to a high ranking official!I have multiple hrs. on here and still have no answers.We're talking over 30 hrs!

My issue is getting hung up on whether being lost on a transfer to another dept.Or a gal from out of the country hung up on me because I asked if she was out of the USA.Terrible english this gal.Lost in transfers is all departments unless the stay on the line until the call goes thru...
