So this happend a few weeks ago after the one thudnerstorm we had(Patton, Pa). I had unplugged everything just incase something would happen. When I plugged everything back in the internet light would just randomly go off, I called verizon three times before i finally got it working again, but this lasted like a week or less. Now its doing it again but this time the DSL light will start flashing and the internet light goes off and i have to turn the modem off and back on, this works for like an hour or less then it does it again. I think there might be something wrong with the telephone lines, like static or something. I called someone on my lane line and it kicked me off the internet for a second.
We have been having this problem all year.
Originally was just weekends, now we are losing connection for weeks
Not to mention a huge billing dispute from when we moved house.
Nobody at Verizon wants to listen, understand or even work thru the problems step by step.
(we even got reamed by Verizon and had to pay a DirectTV bill that Verizon didnt pay, and we never got the money credited on the bill)
We are afraid this will have to go a higher level
