High Speed Internet (DSL) and Dial-Up

I originally signed up for DSL internet only (back in May).  I requested today to add residential phone service, but I do not have a phone filter in the internet installation kit.  How do I order one?

Call up Verizon Technical Support for DSL and ask them to send some DSL filters to you. If they won't what so ever, you can pick up some pretty cheaply from electronic and hobby stores. Radioshack if one is around should carry them.
