I just completed an order online with the help of a very nice gentleman on the live chat for new service. I have never been a Verizon customer before and this was a first time set up for me. I am getting a new condo and I was attempting to get everything done early. I don't close until September 6th. Well my do it yourself internet kit is going to be mailed to my service address in 5 business days. But I won't be there until September 6th. It's not even mine until September 6th. There will be no one to get it. I asked if there was a way to send it to my billing address instead and was told there was not.
Is there any way to delay the sending of this do-it-yourself kit? Because the condo is not mine until September 6th.
