My previous post has been locked to read only so I have opened another for a very relevant detail. I was told by several reps that our account was shut off "in error" but there is no longer enough room "on the loop" to re-connect. Thought that was worth mentioning. I am questioning why my post was locked. That does not allow for responses to my question at the end of the post asking if this is happening to others. It must be top secret and I guess I'll be in the dark about that as much as where my internet went.
Your previous post was locked because it was escalated to a private support case. You received an email with a link to your support case. You can also click on your username to view your profile page. In the middle column of that page, you will see a module called "My Support Cases" with a hyperlink to your private support case where you can interact directly with the support agents that's handling your case.
