Verizon doesn't seem to have any service and support that i can find ? every time I talk to them they tell me to call thier service dept ? which seems to be in the Philipines some where ? I guess it is a US territory but they don't speak good enough English for me to under stand , nor do they seem to understand me ...luckily I kept my MSN dial up when i got Verizon high speed  lol   so my internet is usable there  . Verizon does not let me stay signed in for 2 weeks as it says I have to sign in almost every time i go there sometimes twice a day  I go there to check the latest news but don't try to watch the news videos because you have to watch a comerical first and i refuse to do that on a site that i pay far too much for . i tried using it but all I got was offers to pay my phone bill on line , no new sevices just pay your bill with out us doing any thing hard  like opening an envelope!!  mean time i will continue to pay 10 bucks  a month to MSN so i have some kind of internet service which is usable .....{edited for privacy}

Burk1967 welcome to the forum, What operating system and Browser are you using? I now use FireFox and Ubuntu and I save my passwords, and it works fine to get to the "My Verizon home page" but have to click the sign in icon in the forums  (but do not have to type anything so no big deal)

When you login http://www22.verizon.com/content/sso/signin.aspx?goto=http%3A%2F%2Fforums.verizon.com%3A80%2Fvrzn%2F... do you use the first option?

If you are using Internet Exploder are you saving cookies?

I would suggest forwarding your mail to a different client and avoid using the web interface provided by Verizon; but that is just a personal preference. The popular ones are well documented and easy to set up.
