For two months I had been having terrible UL speed. Spent a lot of time talking with India and getting nothing fixed. After 5 visits from field techs they finally changed me to a new DSLAM in the CO. For one day my DL and UL were good and 90% of advertised speed.
Now three days later my DL is 30% lower than before but I think I will just keep quiet. The last time they tried to fix the problem I lost connection for 4 days. That cost me money and didn't get a very important continuing education test completed.
Just not sure what is going on with Verizon DSL. For years I was happy but lately....not so sure?
