High Speed Internet (DSL) and Dial-Up

Is there a outage in southeastern MA?  We are not able to connect to DSL after trying to reset it several times.  We had a severe storm in this area yesterday and have not had internet since.  I cannot download VZInHOMEAgent to the computer I am currently using.  And your site only seems to assist FOIS customers.

I live in East Providence, RI and have also had a DSL outage since the 19th. I have tried all of the troubleshooting advice on the website and still cannot connect to DSL. Is there an issue in the area? I noticed that this coincides with FIOS availability in my neighborhood. Do these events have anything to do with each other?
