Ok this is getting ridiculous, for the fourth week in a row my dsl service disconnects around every 20 minutes. Have had this problem now for pretty much a year. I called last week and a tech fixed it in 20 minutes. I should say that the tech is in the US and not the clueless people in India. I called the number to report the problem and I get a robo answer "there is an outage in your area, it will be repaired by Friday at 8PM" HUH??? I got the same message 3 weeks ago! So this problem has been going on for almost 3 weeks and it still is not fixed? I've been looking at a site which tracks outages from all carriers and it seems that the outages begin in Virginia and work their way up I95. Does anybody have the same problems?

I am in Southeast Virginia and we have been having the same outage problem. We were told it was resolved yesterday but again tonight, we have been kicked off. Very spotty connectivity.

So far, i've have had less problems from when I posted earlier. The speed on the other hand seems to bounce up and down, 13 to 3 down and 1 to .05 up.

I guess its nice to know I'm not alone with this problem in Southeast VA. I recieved an automated call today telling me the outage was resolved. I still have intermittent connectivity. My problems stared on Apr 9th. How the hell did you get a US tech? I always get overseas with the standard answer, "Wait 24-48hrs"
