Returning Modem

recently i got my old modem replaced by verizon. they said that there would be a return label that come with the new modem so that i can mail the old one back but when i opened the package there wasn't one. anyone know how i mail the modem back or get a return label from verizon?

Contact Verizon, but think the reason they didn't send you a label is they don't really care about DSL modem's being returned. I suspect the cost of handling the return, refurbishment/repair and bookkeeping exceeds the value of the old equipment at this point.
I have had DSL service in two locations, and when I ceased service at one location, and converted to FiOS at the other, I was never asked to return either DSL modem.
