I have requested at least 3 x to have a shipping label sent to my home to return a modem. My request has not been honored. Is there a way to do this on line ? The last call I made to verizon I was told to call shipping directly but got voice mail only. Running out of patience. Tks

What reason are you returning the modem to Verizon for? If you are not being billed for having the modem (such as from canceling service or requesting a new modem for troubleshooting), just keep it around as a spare or sell it. If they won't send a shipping label I'd say it's a good assumption to say they do not want it back.

I was wondering did you ever get this resolved? I am in the same scenerio right now. I have requested a shipping label twice now (it was suppose to be in my box with my new modem) to return my old one because they said I have to return it or they would charge me for it? Hoping you got an answer since you posted?
