Slow DSL for four weeks now.

I have had a ticket into verizon tech. for 4 weeks now and no one seems to care to fix my problem. Kinda ridiculous. Therefore I am cancelling my service and will never get verizon dsl again.

If you don't want to cancel:

#1 Please post the Transceiver Statistics from your modem.

#2 If you don't know how to get them:

a) What is the brand and model of your modem?

b) If you have a seperate router: What is the brand and model of it?
