I have Windows Vista Home & DSL
Using the Black Westell 7500 modem/router
I ordered Starz Play and got the 14 days free. Upon opening the software it pops an inner frame up asking for me to login using my verizon credentials.
When i do so, it takes me to my WEBMAIL inside this frame, and the software does NOT relflect logged in (says GUEST at the top with a green circle)
What is happening and how do I fix this?
did u get it to work?? same thing happening to me
