Static To Dynamic

How do i switch from having a static ip to having a dynamic ip ?

Just call up Billing and ask them to move you onto Business Dynamic or Residential service, whichever location you've got service at.  They should not have a problem in doing so. Just be aware, any equipment that connects directly to Verizon which is configured staticly (Eg ; Static IP rather than DHCP, or Static PPPoE) will need to be set back to the defaults of being Dynamic.

Unless you are paying extra for a business account and Static IP, you already have a Dynamic IP address.
