The support web site is very bad. Hard to get to any real person or answers. Phone is tough also.

I can not say for sure we (other users who use Verizon, who do not work for Verizon) can help, but we can try..

Did not find a solution button but Live Chat finally solved the problem. The only place on the web site that can give a solution.
