My internet is not working good !!! 100% packet loss. I have changed out all phone/dsl cables. Using Westell 7500 here are my stats.....


I have had ONGOING dropping connections forever, ready to give up on you guys and switch to TimeWarner. When Verizon had the equip. it was soooo much better....

Did you try connecting your modem to the NID?

I second the NID test. Those statistics aren't too good. The margin is low and the attenuation suggests the line is pretty far out. With luck the line can be moved to a remote or the NID shows a substantial improvement. Worst care scenario, the line needs to be moved onto Interleaved to try and help the drops or it needs to be a rediuction in speed.
