Unfulfilled Promises for the last 5 days

Regarding case {edited for privacy}

Since Saturday my Internet service has not been able to connect wirelessly. On Saturday the rep spent three hours on the phone, and remoted in and changed some settings on my computer. I've been told numerous times that the issue was being escalated and that I would receive a call shortly. Needless to say, these were unfulfilled promises and the issue still isn't resolved.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".

There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.  Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

He has problems for 5 days, and you only give him a week to respond before calling it quits?
