Hello.
I have a sub account that I would like to change to password on.
This sub account is locked. Each time I try the unlock process for the sub account the system attempts to change the password on my master account (this is after I get a PIN on my landline).
What is the process for unlocking a sub account?

I called Verizon support when this happened to a family member who forgot their password. The rep on the other end was able to help unlock the account and reset the password in the process.

My wife was able to get her account password changed with a call to the Verizon support center.
