I've been trying to upgrade some stuff for a while but every day I keep getting

We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
I looked up online people have been having problems for a LONG time now. ... is there any hope of fixing this or do I need to call customer support every time? (Who will just transfer me around for an hour and possibly get what I asked done (I'm 1 for 4 so far with Verizon Customer Support).
