Hello,
I have a HomeFusion device, and for some reason my password changed. I don't know how. I ended up doing a factory reset, and the default password on the back of the device did not work. I typed it with caps, w/o caps, and even double checked my typing. I even brought out my barcode scanner and scanned the code, which had the password encoded. I reset twice.
I have used every known possible combination of admin possible, including Admin, admin, and ADMIN.
I do not know that to do anymore.

You might want to try asking around about this over at the Verizon Wireless forum: https://community.verizonwireless.com/welcome/ . Verizon Wireless is considered a separate company from Verizon (the Wireline company), so support will likely be tough around this community.
