What's up with the DSL in Pennsylvania, my internet DSL has been very slow. Have the model 6100g modem.. and the lites just keep flickering, constant loss of internet connection, about every 10 minutes. This sux, was using a wireless modem,UN hooked that and still no connections, have to keep turning off the modem.. What gives?
#1 Log into the modem at http://192.168.1.1/
#2 Choose System Monitoring in the navigation, Advanced Monitors from the Left Hand Side Navigation and then choose System Logging. Post up the contents of the "All" log, either via pastebin.com or via Copy and Paste (Pastebin is preferred since it helps to keep the thread tidy looking). Additionally, post up your modem's Transceiver Statistics (found in the Advanced Monitors section as well) which you can Copy and Paste into the post here.

I'm also in pennsylvania and have been experiencing similar issues. Nothing really in the log files. I play an MMO, and my ping will jump and there will be some packet loss. I did a trace to google and got this

Are you both in the suburbs of Philly? I have a simialr issue also. (I am in Springfield Delco) My margin on UPLOAD is horrible (often less than .9.. this is not a typo). Mine will drop regularly. My last last call to support resulted in a person reading s script to me.. asking me how may processes I had running in windows (I told her 3498 LOL), then she refused to escalate since my Download (at that moment) was with in the .5 to 1 Mbs range. NICE SUPPORT
