Web server (Windows Home Server) ok?

Greetings,

I had no problem connecting to my home server when I had Comcast, but now I can't connect anymore since switching to DSL. I have my router (Linksys RVS4000) set up for the necessary port forwarding, but I still can't connect to my server remotely. This can be caused by incorrect port forwarding, firewall goo or ISP blockage. Does anyone know if Verizon allows it's customers to run a web server on their DSL service? The only other thing I can think of is that make I need to tinker with the gawd-awful Westell 6100 web interface settings, again <sigh>. It took the better part of a day to get that goofy thing to place nicely with my router.

The terms of service forbid running a web server on a residential account. You can do this if you order a business account.

Thanks Tel,

That will save me a lot of needless trouble-shooting, hehe
