I am in the Temple College Area... and it makes no sense that i cannot get a higher tier than .5 to 1mps.... Can't get FIOS .. nothing but the slowest DSL. Has Verizon just given up this territory to Comcast and will no upgrade the area. I would like to keep the service if i can be moved up to the higher tiers.
What do the Transceiver Statistics on your modem look like? If you don't know how to get this info, please tell us the make and model of your modem.
