High Speed Internet (DSL) and Dial-Up

My internet has been going out multiple times a day for months now. Numerous techs have come out and messed around in the central office making adjustments. Here are my line stats. I'm about fed up. Will lowering from 1.5 to the 1.0 package help with my line attenuation value? Its crazy high!

It won't lower the losses, but it probably will increase the link margins, which should make for a more reliable connection.
