Excellent question! I could not find any info when I login to the router, but there is an excellent suggestion here

Thanks for the reply. According to the guy with an action tec modem/router he burns about 80Gb per month. I just  wanted to get an idea of how much bandwidth I burn per month.  I average a one day outage every two months with Verizon DSL. Squirrels love to chew my lines. We are out in the country. No fios, no cable, just radio and satellite. As with all DSL users I am constantly looking for alternatives  for more speed. Trouble is all other plans have data limits. Hughsnet restricts data to 20gb per month with a 2yr subscription at $72 per month with up to 10mbps speed. (this includes $374 to buy equipment instead of lease.) I have voip, 2 laptops, one desktop and various smartphones, ipads and pods. I do a lot of netflix streaming and with faster speeds was looking forward to HD TV streaming. Turn all those on at one time and bandwidth becomes a problem.  Internet America has a radio tower within 5 miles of my home and they say can get me 4-5 Mbps with unlimited data. The cost is prohibitive as equipment lease and service cost is high. So me and Verizon are bedpals for a while longer.

It would be good service if Verizon made this data usage easily viewable. They make the money we pay them easily visible, why can't they tell us what we are using for that money? good info. thanks.
