I was told I have a bytemobile app installed on my laptop and it most likley was placed there through my ISP which is verizon. It is creating problems logging on to secured sites and I need it removed. Is this information correct and if so is this something you could help me with?
Are you using any Wireless service providers such as Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility, Sprint, or T-Mobile? Verizon (DSL/FiOS) doesn't install network optimization/monitoring software on computers.
