Are they telling me my DSL dropped while doing a download?

I'm trying to download an antivirus program I purchased and I keep getting this message after several hours of waiting on Verizons incredibly slow DSL download.

Any ideas?

#2 What is the brand and model of your router?

#3 What antivirus program did you pay for / trying to download?

Westell 6100 modem

No router.

I purchased Shield Deluxe 2010 from pcsecurityshield.com

It shows my download speed flucuate from 2.5 kps to about 6kps.

After several hours I'll get the "The connection with the server was reset" message.

Heck it takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to bring up this forum.

Very frustrating

Seems to be a scam/rogue software.
