really bad speed

So I have the fastest plan (3-7) and I'm consistently getting anywhere from 0.2-0.9. This has been going on for months and I even had techs come over and "fix" the problem. For 3 days the speed went to 6 finally but then it went back to being 0.2-0.9. I'm really sick of this, I've called support so many times and they keep saying everything is fine.

That one time I got them to come over was the last time I've called, and I had to really grind them and tell them everything is not ok. I'm on yearly so I can't cancel without a termination fee which is **bleep** since I'm not getting anywhere near the speeds I'm paying for. This is really daylight robbery.

#1 Please show the Transceiver Statistics from the DSL modem.

#2 If you do not know where / how to find them, then answer these questions.

a) What is the brand and model of your DSL modem?

b)  What is the brand and model of your router?

c) What is your OS and Version? For example, Windows XP SP3.
