What package are you currently paying Verizon for? Looks like you're at 768kbps/128kbps.

That's what I needed to know. For Internet Extra your speed is awful. What modem do you have from Verizon? I'd like to get your line stats to see what might be going on if it's a physical connection that is causing the slow speeds.

OK. Visit: http://192.168.1.1/ and click on System Monitoring. From there, choose Advanced Monitoring, and then click Transceiver Statistics. If you are asked for a login, try one of the following usernames and passwords:
admin/password
admin/password1
admin/admin
admin/admin1
I just need a copy/paste of the information shown on that page.
A direct link to the Transceiver Statistics can be: http://192.168.1.1/htmlV/transtat.asp or http://192.168.1.1/transtat.htm

That's fine. Try to get the stats up whenever it is convenient for you. If you absolutely are unable to copy/paste them, type up the information on the page for us as accurately as possible. That should do it.

they are charging way too much cause this connection speed is useless.
its worst than dial up, the poor thing cant even load google or facebook.
either its their westell 6100 or GT78 modem made no diffference.
even 56k dial ups that some third world countries are still using
is faster than this.
