We recently upgraded our dsl to the 7 - 15 mbs speed. Sites load faster but ever since the upgrade streaming video has a major problem. It plays for a few minutes and then stops. The screen shows the 2 bars as if the video is still playing, but the time indicator doesn't move (it stays at whatever time was when it jammed).
This happens on other computers that are running on the same modem/router.
As I mentioned, it wasn't happening before the upgrade to the faster speeds.
I've tried all the usual things like turning off and on the modem; virus scans, etc.
Anyone else have this problem - any suggestions?
Thanks.

Could you post a speed test result? In addition, what modem/gateway/router are you currently using?
What speed package did you have before?

The previous internet plan had a max speed of 7 mbs, now the speed min is 7 and the max is 15 mbs. The current plan is called "High Speed Internet Enhanced". Our modem router is : Actiontec GT784WNV.

Thanks.
I believe we've been talking on the DSLReports forum about this: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r30418221-Streaming-video-audio-jams-after-upgrade
Feel free to reply to both threads with the answer to my question on that forum.
