I ordered new plan DSL but Verizon didn't send to me any new Verizon Modem. How can I do now
#1 What is the brand and model of this used old modem?
#2 If you have your own router: What is the brand and model of it?
To add to the above information, what speed package did you order? An older modem will work just fine for as long as it is in working condition.
