wireless modem not working

when I log in modem secure for turn on or off with wireless  but I don't know username and password ? please someone help?

Try one of these combinations:

admin/password
admin/password1
admin/admin
admin/admin1
Your Verizon Username and Password

Please be aware that admin/password is the default for Verizon's ActionTec and Westell modems. The modem will require you to change at least the password to something else before it will let you do anything. Additionally, if you cannot figure out what the username and password is, you can reset the DSL modem back to factory defaults by holding in the Reset button for 30 seconds. This will reset the login to admin/password, but be prepared to set the modem up to get Internet back.
