HMC Gateway keeps cycling offline and online

For the last 2 weeks I have been having issues with some of the HMC paired devices.  It appears that the gateway is going offline and online fairly regularly.

 

What could cause this?  What are the remedies?

Mine does as well, it took Verizon a week to finally just to get it to even work. Let me know if you get a solution or some answers.
