Please help me i cant get the gateway to connect onlnie so i can set up the service. the status light blinks constantly along with the ethernet light when i put the ip address into the brower i get the activetec icon to come up. there is no firewall security either for now.

verizon provisioning error aparently it happens a lot. tech support said was third call like such in a hour
