I need help!!!

All weekend my 5 cameras have been detecting motion and recording as noted on the activity/notification tab on website but there are NO recordings to view. Yesterday there were video icons with play button but said image not available. I have called the help line twice this weekend and was told there was a "patch" being installed to correct problem. I need to know if this patch will correct this problem because I need to pack it all up and return if not.

pack it up and send it back while you can! After they patch it there will be another problem, then another etc...

Well, into DAY 4 now - unable to view any recordings - none even available to view although I know there are recordings out there because of the activity log.  I see my only option now is to pack it all up and ship it back...what a shame that there is no support available for this product.  Now the hassle begins to take all of the camera down -

Try refreshing the recordings.  The pictures should show up.
