Hi,
I am trying to find information about reporting and returning/exchanging a faulty thermostat...but cannot seem to find a home monitoring related department phone number.
How do I go about returning my thermostat and requesting a new one?

Try 1-800-Ver-izon. Follow the prompts to Home Monitoring. The technician will probably want to do some troubleshooting prior to exchange. During and after the exchange, get the Case Number and RMA Number for future use.
