My system didn't record when I returned from being away either. It did work last Thursday but when I returned Sunday it should have recorded me coming into the house. It didn't do that. From reading the comments on this Board I think it's time for Verizon to refund everyone's money and give up on this system.

I have very important activity I need to view on July 4 - and of course, they took the server down at 2 PM and no recordings are available after that point. It documented recorded activity after that time, but none are in my monitor. The 85% of recordings that are currently in my monitor say unable to view. I really hope Verizon will refund promptly when my 5 cameras are returned.
