I did call few times customer support ...so bad support they actualy can't help you at all....tey couldn't walk me true on line to find out call log.
I tryed so many times to lock my account and couldnt go deeper then bill and no other informations .
Then I checked for online assistent ...?????
that doesn't work at all.
i signe for verison assitents ???????
evry time I tryed to log on.
they couldn't found my account

try this
- Sign on to myverizon.com
- Go to Account> Bill> Click on Bill History
- Select Applicable Billing Date from drop down menu
- NEW CHARGES-Current Activity> Click on View Details
- Next to voice plan description (i.e FiOS Digital Voice Unlimited)> Click View Call Details
- Call info should display
IF that doesn't work then call verizon and ask for the call assistant group. i think the number was posted here earlier, i will see if I can search for it.
Also keep in mind if you have verizon fios digital, then you were at the wrong place to get your logs, you would log in at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice
