I want to be able to block calls on my landline. I spent almost two hours on the phone on Tuesday 12-3-2013 talking to reps who gave me the same information. I tried it from my phone and got recording that I do not have that capability. The second live person said he could do it from inside his office but that doesn't help me.
Do you have Fios Digital Voice or a plain old telephone service?
