Currently available for Fios Digital Voice customers only.  Menu, Settings, FIOS Digital Voice then call logs.  Voice mail is also available there.

For caller id not working they recently added a trouble shooter in menu, settings, in-home-agent.  Appears to work.

Just to make sure it is clear, the above function of course is available on the TV Smiley Happy

Don't forget that you can also view your call logs, etc., on the web from My Verizon if you have Digital Voice.

Verizon offers/used to offer Verizon Call Assistant (VCA) for the old POTS phone service:

The website is still there, I can still log in even though I now have Digital Voice. I don't know if you can still sign up for VCA, but if you have POTS service you can try, can't hurt. And there is/was a PC client that you could run that would provide a pop-up on your PC each time a call came in. I never cared much for the client, ran it for a time, but the Caller ID on TV made that obsolete for me.
