I wish the phone would work. Since switching to digital the phone line has gone dead 4 different times. Tomorrow will be the fourth time a technician will be coming for repairs.
I wish you guys would train people properly.
It wasn't such a big hassle to move to Optimum - I would instantly.
Verizon is a big disappointment this year.
