Directory Assistance Name..

Hello,

I need to make sure that my name on my phone number is listed as I requested it to be. My mother in law informed me today that it is popping up on her phone with my 1st name. I need it to either say {edited for privacy}(My middle name initial)..or {edited for privacy}(my wife)..Preferrably listed with {edited for privacy} name as she has to use the landline for appointment calls...I don't want my number listed in directory assistance, or popping up on other peoples caller i.d. with my 1st name...Hopefully this, unlike the other unresolved continuous issues, will be able to be a quick fix!
