When I hit ok to launch on TV under settings a Message comes up Error: Data currently not available. Please try again later.
This has been going on for the last 24 hours. I live in zip code 08879 New Jersey. Up until now I had no issues.
I can't access my phone messages, etc.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Can you access them from the website? From your phone?
If its only on your TV try running the STB/DVR's Auto correct (Menu, customer support, In-home agent set-top box auto correction).

Thanks for responding glad I'm not the only one experiencing this in New Jersey; it might have well been 2 days. I don't check it for a day or so sometimes.
I do hope they fix this glitch.

try a different browser just in case. i like google.com/chrome sometimes the website acts funny with a particular browser.

It's on the television setting not the internet. It must have a glitch in the system for the past 2 days.

Again to those with the problem
Does Voice mail work from either the phone or the internet site. I.e is it the server that saves voice mail accessable at all or is it just not accesible from the STB/DVR's.

not accessible from TV set-top box. Internet not affected.
