Home Phone (Landline or Digital Voice)

I recently switched from Comcast to FIOS. While the TV and Internet are great, the voicemail seems outdated compared to Comcasts. Is there a way I can press *86 from my home phone and get right into the voicemail without having to put the password in, or press 1 to start listening to the message?

I have a speed dial with a pause so this happens automatically.  Not sure of any other way around this.

You can listen to VM from the STB and the web too.
