To Activate Call Forwarding:

Dial *72 + desired telephone number (just as you would dial it)

If the number you are forwarding TO is answered Call Forwarding will be active immediately.

If there is no one at the forwarded TO location; hang up and RE-DIAL the same number (preceded by *72) call forwarding will then be active.

 

 

To Cancel Call Forwarding:

Dial *73

I have followed the instructions to activate the Call Forwarding feature; however, I always here the busy tones every time I dial *72. I have never heard any message asking my to enter the phone number I want to forward to.

 

I've also tried to enter #72 but not help. I've even tried to dial *72 and the number to forward to, but as always, I got the busy tones.

 

Has anyone got the same problem?

 

Appreciate any instructions!

I've also tried the *72... which I promptly get the busy ringing...  Maybe our telephone service is not configured correctly?  Anyone have a guess?
