I had home voice mail and never had a problem until I had FIOS installed 2 weeks ago. Ever since I haven't been able to access my voice mail. I did get the prompt to set up my voice mail again which I did but it still doesn't work. I also tried to call from another phone but I get a message that my number is not in service. Is there a new access number I am supposed to be using?
